Common questions

Does the property need to be empty?

It is best when belongings have already been moved out. If furniture or items remain, mention this in your enquiry.

Will the clean get my deposit back?

We clean to the agreed list of tasks. Whether a deposit is returned depends on your tenancy agreement and the landlord, so we recommend checking the landlord’s requirements in advance and including them in your enquiry.

Can you come on the day I move out?

That depends on availability. Send your enquiry as early as possible with your preferred date.
