Do you change the bed linen?

We make the beds with fresh linen supplied by the owner or host and lay out towels. Laundry is not included in the standard service – if you need it, it must be agreed separately before the quote is confirmed.

How soon after check-out can you come?

We schedule around your bookings. Give your usual check-out and check-in times in your enquiry.

How do you get into the property?

We agree the access method (key box, code, etc.) before the first clean.
